How much does a home inspection cost in India?+
Grihaa inspections start at ₹6,999 for apartments up to 1,000 sq ft and scale with carpet area. Villas and independent houses are quoted after a short call. The fee is fixed before we arrive — no surprises.
How long does a home inspection take?+
Most apartments take 3–4 hours on site. Villas and duplexes take longer. Your written report reaches you within 48 hours of the visit.
Should I inspect a new flat before possession?+
Yes. A pre-possession snagging inspection is the one moment you have real leverage with a builder. Defects flagged before handover are usually fixed free under the builder's obligation.
